In the 1999 the Berti family renovated a medieval tower and two apartments in an adjacent building, both overlooking the Elsa Valley and San Gimignano. Situated only 20 minutes by car from Florence and Siena, it is possible to enjoy one of the most beautiful views in Tuscany in an especially favourable climatic zone at 400 metres showe sea level. The four apartments available for rent are sorrounded by a garden shaded by many tall trees and there is a panoramic swimming pool framed by flowers and plants as well as quiet and secluded corners.

Being so close to Tavarnelle - 500 metres away - a friendly town in the province of Florence, means itis only a 10 minute walk to shops, banks, restaurants and bus-stops for the buses which arrive in the more important cities in a short time. The area is very paceful but one can also take part in the fairs and events organized in the nearby, historical villages almost all year round, as well as being able to choose his or her preferred holiday: relaxed or busy, cultural or amusing. Each apartment has its own independent entrance, haeting and private corner of the garden which is fully illuminated at night.
